Wow. Did Justin Bieber just weigh in on the war against Taylor Swift? As the drama over videos posted on Kim Kardashian's Snapchat unfolded, the 'Sorry' singer posted a video on his Instagram asking his fans to spread more 'love' in the world. Click inside to watch!
It's no secret that Justin, 22, and Taylor, 26, are not exactly friends at the moment, but once upon a time the two were like peas in a pod. Despite their lack of friendship, it seems that Justin might be trying to protect his former friend after Kim and Kanye West, 36, launched a cyber attack on her.
"More love. Less hate," Justin said in a dimly lit Instagram video in the middle of the night on July 17. While this could be about anything — especially with all of the recent violence in the world — his timing was very coincidental.
The video came just as the news that Kim had released video of Taylor and Kanye on the phone on her Snapchat account. In the video, you can see that Kanye is talking to Taylor on speakerphone and sharing some of the lyrics to his controversial song, "Famous," with her. As the video continues, Taylor doesn't seem phased by the "I feel like Taylor and I might still have sex" line, although in her response she pointed out that she had no idea she would be called "that bitch" repeatedly in the song. Yikes.
Well, if anything good can come out of this, maybe Taylor and Justin can finally rekindle their friendship. After all, it really seems like she could use some extra back up after this Kimye nonsense.
HollywoodLifers, do YOU think that Justin was defending Taylor, or do you think he just really, truly wants to see more love in the world? Comment below.
