Frank Figueroa, the lesser covered of the trilogy of pedophiles at the Department of Homeland Security, is, once you get past the creepiness of his crimes, your typical Bush-Type source for constant ridiculousness.

But I digress, ol' Frank you may recall was at one time the head of DHS's "Operation Predator", a program looking for internet perverts. Well, ironically, Frank plead guilty in the last couple days ago to having exposed himself and masturbating for ten minutes in front of a minor.

And still, that isn't the punchline.

No, the best part, as AmericaBlog found is this from the Fall of 2005:

As one of the higher-ranking officials at the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Figueroa got to pick his badge number when the new agency's credentials were distributed.

His number? 007.

A sharp dresser with a fondness for gadgets, Figueroa nonetheless says he's no James Bond fan.


I'd say the fondness for gadgets certainly has been noticed.
