Rumor has had it that Jessica Simpson and her younger sister Ashlee Simpson have been on the outs lately. The two have been spotted at some of the same events recently but they never spoke or crossed paths. The two got lunch in Santa Monica at a photo-op probably staged by Papa Joe Simpson. They exited and kept a distance from one another and it certainly did little to quell the rumors!
