Fans React to New August Alsina Song, 'Entanglements' and its Lyrics

August Alsina

August Alsina has finally Confirmed Will Smith’s fears in his new song with Rick Ross titled, “Entanglements”

It looks like the Red Table Talk wasn’t the end of the Entanglement saga for Will Smith. August Alsina’s “Entanglements” lyrics have reignited the flame once again on social media and has got people divided.

As you probably know, Pinkett Smith brought herself to the red table in an episode that aired on July 10, and she was seated across from her hubby. She admitted that during a breakup period in their marriage, she engaged in an “entanglement” with August Alsina.

Will corrected her by calling it a “relationship.” At one point, he said he would get her back, to which Pinkett Smith, “You already have.”

The lyrics in "Entanglements" seem to address the relationship he had with Pinkett Smith about four years ago. They are:

[Chorus: August Alsina & Rick Ross]
The definition of entanglement (No, oh-woah, oh, oh)
It's when you're tangled in the sheets (Yeah, yeah)
Girl I know that we don't call it a relationship (No, oh, oh)
But you're still fuckin' with me (Oh), yeah (Yeah)
Entanglements, is when you tangled in them sheets
Entanglements, is when you're tangled up with me
Entanglements (The number one's here, it's the Biggest), is when you're gettin' in too deep
Tangled up with me (Huh), tang—, tangled in them sheets (Yes)

Some people think the August Alsina’s “Entanglements” lyrics is disrespectful to Will Smith for those reasons. Take a look at twitter reactions to hearing the disrespectful lyrics of August Alsina’s “Entanglements” song.

The single is streaming now.
